Stevan Samardžić graduated in 2011, and received his doctorate in 2018, at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Belgrade.
He teaches practical classes in the courses Pharmacognosy, Phytotherapy and Analysis of herbal drugs and preparations (integrated academic studies) and implements workshops in the subject Phytotherapy I (specialist academic studies).
Research interests: LC-MS analysis of the chemical composition of plant extracts; isolation of herbal constituents using different chromatographic techniques; flavonoids, anthocyanins, ellagitannins, proanthocyanidins and other polyphenols.
