Milena Simić (rođ. Antanasijević) rođena je 17.4.1972. u Beogradu, gde je završila osnovnu i srednju školu. Diplomirala je 1998. godine na Hemijskom fakultetu u Beogradu na smeru Organska hemija. Magistarsku tezu pod nazivom „Ispitivanje sadržaja pirolizidinskih alkaloida iz biljne vrste Rindera umbellata” odbranila je na Hemijskom fakultetu 2007. godine. Doktorsku disertaciju pod nazivom „Anelacije heterocikličnih jedinjenja i njihova primena u sintezi prirodnih proizvoda” odbranila je 2012. godine na Hemijskom fakultetu Univerziteta u Beogradu. Učestvuje u naučno-istraživačkom radu studenta i mentor je nekoliko studentskih projekata iz oblasti organske hemije. Trenutno je u zvanju vanrednog profesora i predavač je na predmetima Organska hemija i Odabrana poglavlja organske hemije. Publikovala je ukupno 24 rada u časopisima međunarodnog značaja. Oblast interesovanja: sinteza prirodnih proizvoda i biološki aktivnih jedinjenja.
