She graduated in 2013 from the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade, specialization: Statistical, Actuarial, and Financial Mathematics. She defended her Master’s thesis ”Estimating parameters using Ranked Set Sampling”, in 2015. In 2016, she started her PhD studies at the same Faculty.

Marija had been employed as a Teaching Associate at the Department of Mathematics and Department of Statistics at the Faculty of Agriculture, the University of Belgrade, from 2013 to 2016. Since 2016 she has been employed at the Department of Physics and Mathematics at the Faculty of Pharmacy, first as Teaching Associate, and since 2017 as Teaching Assistant.

She teaches practical lessons for students on integrated academic studies on two subjects, Mathematics (in Serbian and English) and Application of Information Technology in Pharmacy. She participates in the organization and realization of the preparation course for the entrance exam, as well as the preparation of the Mathematics entrance exam.
