Marina Odalović has been employed at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade since 2007. She graduated from the same faculty in 2005, specialed in Pharmaceutical Health Care 2007, Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing in 2012 and Pharmacoeconomics and Pharmaceutical Legislation in 2012. She defended her doctoral dissertation in the field of Social Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Practice in 2013. She is engaged in pharmacoepidemiological research, predominantly the use of drugs in the pregnant women and self-medication, as well as research and development of pharmaceutical services. She directs his current interests towards research and development of digital technologies as a support in the provision of pharmaceutical services and education of pharmacists. She was the principal investigator within the Innovation Fund project, the Proof of Concept program, dedicated to the development of a digital platform for pharmaceutical services (2020-2021). During her professional development, she completed a one-year program in the field of medical education at the University of Dundee, Scotland (2017). After that, she participated in development and implementation of teaching competencies development program accredited by the Council of the University of Belgrade. She received a commendation from the Faculty of Pharmacy for her contribution to the application of innovative teaching methods and assessment of students' knowledge within the Annual Award for Contribution to Teaching (2019). She has been appointed coordinator responsible for ECTS mobility of students and academic staff within the Erasmus + program, as well as coordinator responsible for the implementation and improvement of student professional practice. She has been a mentor or a member of the committee of more than 40 final theses on integrated academic studies in Pharmacy, as well as a mentor or a member of the committee of more than 20 final theses on the specialist academic studies of Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing. She is an active member of the Pharmaceutial Care Network Europe from 2009.
